Devonport Stamp and Collectables Club Inc

Greetings

My name is Gary Carbines. I'm from the Devonport Stamp and Collectables Club Inc. My role is Publicity and Development plus acting Secretary. I retired from school teaching in 2013 after 40+ years service.

This coming Saturday, 7 September, the Devonport City Council is running 'An Expo of Everything', at the Paranaple Convention Centre 10am - 2pm.

Our club is part of this Expo and we invite young people and their parents ( or high school aged young people) to come along and see what stamp collecting (and other collecting hobbies) is all about in this modern age. We are particularly interested to see what collecting interests homeschooled young people have and where we might fit into this area.

I ask you please to forward this invitation onto parents who homeschool their children particularly those who live in the Central and North-West Coast areas of Tasmania.
