A Message from the Deputy Director

Hello Everyone

Hope you are all enjoying the beautiful weather we have been having.

As we all know, in the home educating community learning is not linear and happens throughout the whole year. However, as the formal school Term comes to an end, there are many activities that have been arranged that could be part of your learning program or just as fun activities.

Below is a range of activities that have been planned from a free printable activity packs to events at your local library.

Whatever your family choses to do this Spring, I hope you have fun learning and playing together.

Warm regards

Jo Spencer

Acting Deputy Director

Department for Education, Children and Young People's Infostream

Another great resource is the Department of Education, Children and Young People's Infostream Education Notices.

Infostream Educational Notices is a channel that provides external organisations the opportunity to promote their educational products, services, professional learning, and events to Tasmanian schools in the one place.

This resource is for  staff, students and parents alike.  Each article will detail the audience so you will be able to quickly identify what is relevant to you and your family.

Infostream can be found at: Department for Education, Children and Young People eNewsletter
