Possible delays in visits or communication

Dear Home Education Community,

As winter takes hold, we hope you and your families are staying warm and well.

We’d like to let you know that some of our staff may be affected by seasonal illnesses over the coming weeks. As a result, there may be delays in scheduled visits or communication. If your registration visit needs to be rescheduled, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new time.

If you or a member of your household is unwell, please let us know, and we will be happy to reschedule your visit for a later date, or where possible conduct a video conference via TEAMS.

Please be assured that if a delay means your current registration will expire before your visit can be completed, we will automatically roll your registration over to provisional registration. This ensures continuity and peace of mind while we finalise your visit.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. If you have any concerns or urgent questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our office.
